Who am I?
My name's Christian Bates. I'm the owner of Vitality Bookkeeping.
I started out by running an e-commerce store, and after a while, I found myself spending so much time on bookkeeping that it began to stunt business growth. As a result, I decided to learn how to do my bookkeeping efficiently, and before I knew it, I had done the unthinkable: I became passionate about accounting. Now, several years and two degrees later, my aim is to make sure as many businesses as possible get that same efficient bookkeeping that I needed all those years ago.

How does your pricing compare to your competitors?
I charge the industry standard rate in exchange for premium value (strong guarantee, never outsourced, so forth).
After you start, what will you need from me?
All I need from you are your monthly bank and credit card statements (so I can reconcile) and answers to any questions I might have about your transactions (so I can be 100% accurate).
If you give me view-only access, I can actually get the statements myself, saving you time.
What if you're not familiar with my industry?
The fundamentals of bookkeeping are universal, so learning your industry is as simple as double-checking my work against authoritative sources before delivering your statements (which will always be on time).
Do you do taxes or payroll? What about AR/AP?
My specialty is excellent bookkeeping, so I have no plans to expand into tax or payroll at the moment.
AR and AP are services I don’t explicitly offer, but I’m open to providing them if needed.
How long does it take to get fully onboarded?
Less than an hour if I have everything I need.
That said, I go at a pace you’re comfortable with, so don’t expect stress or a rush. A few days of back and forth wouldn’t be out of place.
